About the house

Hi guys Ive got a fully furnished room available for a girl in Oakleigh East. If you are a Monash University student this place is ideal for you because its only a five min drive to uni AND you get your own parking space or a 10min walk to campus OR Youve got the bustop to Uni right infront of the house!!! (Its a 5min bus ride) The room has a double bed, wardrobe, blinds, a study table and chair and electric heater as shown in the photos. You will be living with my sister (18yrs) and myself (21yrs) we are both Sri Lankan International Monash Uni students and we study full time and work or we are mostly out hanging with friends so you will be having a lot of peace and quiet!!! We do love occasional hangouts and karaoke while cooking 😉😉. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with the two of us. We’ve got a fully equiped kitchen and a washing machine to do your own laundry. Very ideal for a student!!! But girls only pleeasee😊 The rent is 1350 per month inclusive of all bills and unlimited wifi and parking spot. A bond of 650 has to be paid along with first months rent.
