About the house

My mate Ryley and I live in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, modern, spacious 2 story town house right near the Marion shopping centre. About a 5 minute walk if that. Close to all the shops and bus exchange. The bedroom fits a queen bed but this room has no wardrobe. Only cupboard as seen in pics The new tenant will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with Ryley, although we have a downstairs toilet. We have room for furniture and have a garage which is currently used as storage but is in the process of being cleaned out.
