About the house

The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor and is well lit and ventilated. It’s nice and bright as you can see and has excellent ventilation. The room itself is unfurnished currently but comes with built-ins. It's a nice quick walk up to the shops and various buses. Getting to the city by the Metro is a snap and it’s a short walk away from the house. The building is on Unara St. for reference. Bill split would be electricity and internet, plus rent which is $300/week. You'd be sharing the apartment just with me, a mid-thirties musician who runs a guitar school in Ashfield. I like music (obviously) reading, playing video games and watching movies as well as the occasional swim or bouldering session. I enjoy socialising and grabbing the odd beer or coffee but am also partial to my own space and am looking for someone who feels similarly. Ideally looking for someone around the same age rage with similar interests. House is trans and queer friendly. Looking for someone to move in within the next three weeks.
