About the house

I have one room available in my 15month old house. Just me and my daughter every second weekend. The house is on a nice quite street. 5 minutes drive to the shops and to the river if you wanted to go for a swim. I’m looking for a female as I have my daughter here. Internet is included in the rent. water and power is separate but I have a big solar unit so I don’t get a power bill. If I was to get one it wouldn’t be much the room is unfurnished
