You would have the main bathroom to yourself (the laundry is also in the bathroom in a cupboard). 5 min walk into Burleighs main street, with all the best restaurants and 5 min walk to Burleigh Beach (honestly it’s probably quicker than that) & the Stocklands shopping centre is a 5 min drive around the corner.
