About the house

We are looking for preferably a couple (or potentially a single) to share our home in Mudgeeraba. We are a 24 year old couple that work full time - we are out pretty early for gym then like to come home and relax after work. No smokers/pets sorry About the home: 🏡 - You would have your own bedroom and seperate bathroom - Spare bedroom that can be used as second living space with TV, or for occasional fam/friends visiting as well - In Mudgeeraba with a beautiful large entertaining deck overlooking green space - 2 minute drive to the M1 - Super close to springbrook, where there’s lots of beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls - 15 minute drive to Burleigh beach - 1 car space in garage for yourself, and pending size of second car it could possibly fit in driveway otherwise street parking - Complex pool - Netflix, Stan, Disney plus, prime and Kayo included - $450 per week for a couple - $330 for a single
