About the house

The room is private with access to walkways and the beach directly from the complex. There is a balcony directly off the room. It’s fully furnished with double bed, 2 sets of drawers and built in wardrobe. The secure complex has a pool and parking is on the street of Golden Four Drive. You will be sharing with a quiet, clean living non smoking mature age couple. Female preferred. Bus stop close by. Close to the Southern Cross University.
