About the house

I am looking for 1 person to rent a room from me in Lakeside pakenham. You would be living with me, I am a 29 year old female working full time hours. Small pets are welcome, I have a 3 year old toy poodle. The house is quite large with 3 bedrooms, 2 storeys, 2 bath, 3 living so you would have plenty of your own space. There is street parking at the front and back and also parking at the rear of the house outside the garage. The room will come with a queen bed, however, if you prefer to bring your own that’s fine. Images shown are from the previous tenants. My partner would be at the house 2-3 nights a week. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my dog.
