Hello, This is a 6 bedroom house in a very quiet area in the Centre of south yarra. This is house is perfect for couples or individuals who are looking to be close to the heart of chapel street as its located 5 minute walk away. There yarra river is also a 2 min walk from the house and St kilda beach 30 mins on public transport. There is a train station and trains within 10 minutes. This house has a large kitchen and living area that comes fully furnished. There is also a gym and swimming pool which comes with the house. The estate is hidden away and very private. The back garden is allows for sun all throughout the day. There is a garage which would allow for one vehicle. This is a house with a lot of character and the reason we are moving out is because we have to do reginal. Please if your even looking for one room let me know as all rooms are available.
