About the house

Hi there, Husband and wife home with chickens, wild ducks and turkeys on acreage. Lots of early morning bird calls includng our cheeky rooster. Surrounded by green space and towering Eucalyptus. We are nestled in state park so nature is all around. Still only 7 mns to local supermarket and 4 mins to a 'corner store'. It's only a one bathroom home so it is a shared space but we do try to keep it clean. The available room is downstairs while ours is up. You'd be near the bathroom. It has a huge King bed which is super comfy, a small desk, hanging rach and small set of drawers. $390 plus bills or $420 includes all bills which covers water, electricity and internet. Also loo paper. We have a septic system so its easier just to buy the particular type it in one go online. The kitchen and lounge area are shared as is the outdoor space. We both work in Eduction and enjoy a friendly chat and giggle but will leave you to your space as well. Feel free to reach out if any of this piques your interest.
