About the house

Elegance, class and amazing location! You will be sharing with a very proud home owner and a toy cavoodle Milo. I am extremely house proud and semi OCD so it is a MUST to have someone who's the same (clean,tidy & house proud) Must be working full time,or studying and working. Non drinker or drug user, must be QUIET and respectful. One month trial will apply, there is an opportunity to stay long term. The room is fully furnished and comes as is. There are two lounge rooms both with TVs so you will get your own lounge. There is a third room that I use as an office/craft room.
