The room is the bigger room of the two, has a big built in wardrobe, double window for natural light, plenty of space for a desk and queen bed. I’m looking for a housemate who’s responsible and easy to get along with—someone who’s keen to help keep the place tidy and contribute to making it feel like a home. A working professional in their late 20’s - early 30’s, a minimum stay of 6 months. The location is perfect if you like a relaxed vibe but still want convenience. You’re just a 20-30 min walk from the beach, and Coles and Woolies are only 5 minutes away.
