About the house

The room for rent in Ferny Grove is the houses large master bedroom. Easily big enough for a queen bed and a desk, with a large wardrobe that can store anything else you need. Previous roommates have fit full PC set ups with desk and gaming chairs along with the rest of there stuff. This a shared bathroom property, with a medium sized back yard. Parking options are on the street, or in the drive way if that's preferred. I handle yard work, and am paying for the bills. Rental inspections are once a year. The property has cats allowed on the lease, though the owner has recently sent through no dogs. Quiet neighborhood, with a ten minute walk to the local shops, and a fifteen minute drive to the nearest train station. Hope to hear from you soon!
