About the house

This is a 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom apartment. We have the ensuite available for rent which is very spacious and covers almost half of the entire apartment. It has a walk in wardrobe and a private washroom. It is available from 21/11/2023. The house is completely furnished, however, you will have to furnish your own room. - $360 for single person and $400 for a couple Bills are not included(usually $40 a month) Located in North rocks, public transport is easy. Parramatta is 12 mins and Castle Hill is 25 mins. You will be living with a couple and a small kitten. We respect privacy, and we expect vice versa.
