Renting out my FULLY FURNISHED room in a 2-person sharehouse in South Melbourne for $360/week (negotiable) as I recently moved to the US - PRIVATE ROOM Minimum stay: until December 2025 Available: ASAP!! ~ the location📍 ~ Right next to South Melbourne Markets, Anytime Fitness literally next door. For groceries, Woolies is just down the street and Aldi is a 5 min walk away. It’s one tram from the CBD, and just over 30min to unimelb. Really good location to say the least! ~ vibes ☺️ ~ Super modern and new apartment, you’ll have your own dryer and laundry machine! There’s a balcony, nice lounge area where you can put a tv or chill on the couches. We have a study desk and dining table too + electric stove, oven, etc. It’s 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a decently sized apartment (easily bigger than the tiny apartments you get in the city). ~ roommate 😆 ~ I'll be your roommate (Anh)! I'm a design student at unimelb, a huge nerd and I love drawing things lol. I'm a second year in uni, huge gym bro but very academic. Would like to think I'm super chill and always down for some friends over and a party here and there. You’ll be taking over my old roommate's lease so you’ll have to sign some formal agreements, happy to chat price and other things
