About the house

Hi! I’m a new homeowner looking for someone to share the spare room. It’s in the perfect location! A walk to the creek, 1.5 km to the beach and across the road from the shops and bus stop. A big inside/outside area. Aircon. Nice kitchen and fully furnished apart from your room. You will only be sharing with me. I’m an active person, working Monday to Friday as a paediatric Occupational Therapist. I love early morning and generally go to the gym or run or paddle. I’m also early to bed. I’m generally out and about on the weekends exploring the local beach, and coffee spots, hanging with friends etc. I’m definitely not a party person and enjoy quiet, especially after a long day at work but do enjoy an occasional wine every now and again on the weekend. I’m also very organised and clean and looking for a like-minded person who enjoys an active healthy lifestyle.
