About the house

Howdy fellas, we are looking for a new housemate to move into our 3rd bedroom! You will be living with two male medical students, who are both pretty chill and easygoing and always love to have a good chat. The place is fully furnished, outfitted with a single-size bed, study desk and closet space. The rent is $280/week not including utility bills and will be a 12 month lease. The place is located in Dickson, a very convenient location as it is super close to Dickson Shops and Dickson Interchange (around about a 2 minute bike ride), about 10 minutes to ANU campus (also via bike) or you can walk (around 30 minutes). There is also a tram from Macarthur Avenue (10 min walk from the house). A bus 6 minutes walk from the house will take you directly to UC via Cowper Street. Clublime (the local gym) is also super close – 8 minute bike to Lonsdale Street in Braddon. Everything in the house and room is furnished and ready to go, with a living area, including cooking utensils, plates/bowls, washing machines, an in-built wardrobe, and individual AC/heating in the rooms (basically all the essentials).
