About the house

Hey hey, we’re leaving Sydney and looking to rent out our furnished 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment with a car space in Lewisham. The dates would be January 20th - April 20th at a minimum, but flexible to extend. We’re moving out, so you’d have the whole place to yourself. Price is $700 p/w (o.n.o). Gas and water is covered. Internet is $70 per month and electricity would be charged separately according to usage for that quarter. Deposit is first week’s rent and bond is a fortnight’s rent ($1,400). It’s in a great pocket of the city, just a few minutes walk to the train and light rail and great cafes. Shoot me a message if you might be interested to discuss dates/ price☺️
