It’s in the beautiful location of Docklands (south wharf side) with stunning views of the city and Port Melbourne. Bus stop right outside the building and only 10-15min walk to CBD. Local pizza shop down the road along with Coles and Woolworths 5min drive. Room advertised: Unfurnished however comes with its own bathroom and suitable for 1 person. No couples. Rent:$3,433 ($391 weekly) calendar month and paid on the 1st of every month. Internet and electricity not included. Amenities: Building comes with gym, pool sauna and spa. Cinema room and Dinning area for anyone wanting to entertain. Little fire place with a mini Library. There is 1 car park spot that maybe available.
