About the house

We are a couple in our mid to late twenties. Amelia has a 9-5 admin job. Hats is a swimming teacher, so hours can vary. We are foodies and like going out for meals or Hats will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Amelia likes to eat the food and enjoys gaming. We are looking for a long-term tenant and someone who will call the place home. No pets allowed and no smoking. Happy for you to have a couple friends over but no parties. We are both tidy and clean people and are looking for a respectful roomie.
