**ROOM AVAILABLE NOW** Singles: $325 per week (excludes bills) Couples: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer to couples We are a well-established, organised, and openly communicative gay couple, engaged for 8 years and are looking for a professional individual to rent our spare queen-sized bedroom right beside the shared upstairs main bathroom (We have our own ensuite!) Our 2-storey townhouse is located in a beautiful gated and quiet area of Labrador and nicely secure from the road. It is fully furnished with an outdoor patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms (powder room on the ground floor). We are close to public transport directly to Helensvale, Southport or SeaWorld. A 10-minute walk away from fantastic promenade and bay walkways, and right across the road from Aldi with fast food restaurants. Harbourtown, as is the Southport/Australia Fair, is a short drive away. **NOTE: The room for rent can be either unfurnished or come with a queen bed (with bedhead and bedside tables). Desk and chair can also be provided on request.** We are seeking applications from honest and like-minded individuals, including: - Recent real estate references or sublessor references - Approval as subtenant from real estate is essential to live here - Four weeks bond ( $1,300) with two weeks rent ($650) upfront - Applicant must be dog-friendly Bills for electricity, water and NBN internet are not included. On-street parking is available if you have a car. A sublease agreement and live ledger for all rent and ongoing bill payments are also provided. We will meet with all prospective housemates once we shortlist applicants and would like to get to know you further before making our decision.
