You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry area and a small terrace. The house is 30 sec walk to the tram station so it is perfect for a student or someone without a car. New, clean home in great location of Southport. -In front of Queen Street Tram Station 🚎 -2 stations to Griffith university -2 stations to Australia Fair shopping centre -1 station to EMF gym -10min to the beach 🏖 You: preferably working or studying. Everyone would like their peace and quiet after 9pm. We’re looking for a clean, respectful person that knows how to clean up after themselves. This is not a party house. No drugs No pets.
