About the house

Hey hey! Unfortunately, we copped a rent increase from this month so both my flatmates decided to move on to find a cheaper place. The good news for you is that I decided to stay and now have 2 rooms opening up for some great people to move into! It's a great 3 bed flat in a repurposed warehouse building which means it's got quirks and charm, with high ceilings, big windows, and timber flooring throughout! All the main necessities are included: dishwasher, laundry, dryer, tv, fridge, etc., Just no air conditioning :( Although the rooms come unfurnished, the common areas are all fully furnished already so that's less for you to worry about. The rooms come with built in mirror wardrobes and can easily fit a queen bed + desk set up. There are 2 shared bathrooms and my room comes with an ensuite so plenty of showers to go around haha *Last 2 photos are old pics of one of the rooms. Both rooms are identical, just mirrored* Location: - 5 min walk from Green Square station, 20 min walk from Redfern station - 15 min walk to Woolies, Chemist Warehouse, Bunnings - 5 min walk to Mecca Coffee - 35 min walk/ 20 min bus ride to Newtown - <30 min drive to the eastern beaches I've included all bills in the rent to keep it easy but I'm open to discuss and separate the bills out if you prefer that You'll be living with me (29yo male human), Taco (6yo male cat) and 1 other human. I moved to Sydney in 2019 so I'd say I'm a good mix of still keen to explore but also kinda settled in. I work full time Mon-Fri so tend to keep it pretty lowkey at home during the week but turn into a weekend warrior come Friday! Big fan of music, food, drinks, nature and adventure so I'm often found spending nights catching a gig or trying a new bar/resto in the inner west or the city, or out at a cafe or a hike during the day. At home, me and Taco enjoy a good movie or board game sometimes too. Always happy to have people join in with me at all of the above!
