About the house

Hi there, I'm looking for a flat mate to share my space with. I'm 29years old and I'm currently working Permanent part time. I'm pretty easy going and I enjoy going for walks. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to me. I’m looking for someone easy going and that will keep the space clean and willing to share. The place has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a massive balcony. bedroom + bathroom + 1 parking space in the basement. Internet and water are included in the rent. No smokers and no pet please. You can inspect the place this Friday or over the weekend. Otherwise, I can show you the place on request as well.
