About the house

Hey 👋 You will be sharing this house with me!! I am Rohan (he/him), 28yrs old, pursuing my studies here at the university of melbourne. I am very easy going, chill, friendly, and open minded person. Always look after to make some new friends forever. I like to do travelling, trekking, daily workouts and also like to eat healthy foods. I dont do smoking but like to drink 🍺 occasionally or sometimes offer some good wines/beers to my flatmates. As my current flatmate is moving back to her hometown in France, so i need to look out for good flatmate like her. I am looking for some open minded, friendly person with whom i can share my house, love to gossiping, sharing some foods and sharing our cultural/other ideas. I had very good history of friendship with all if my previous flatmates where most of them were from European countries but i am excited to make more friends irrespective of the location. Happy to invite you for inspecting my place in-person, just describe a bit about yourself ☺️😉 About the property Such a beautiful and premium location where everything is closeby like coles, woolies, Myer, flinders etc…. Also enjoy the direct view of the State Library of Victoria and very beneficial location for those who are looking for part time jobs.. Also great for those who are students like me where the major universities of victoria such as unimelb, RMIT and other great uni’s are at walkable distance..
