About the house

I have recently purchased the house, I have 1 other 19yr old male staying with also. He is quite and doesn't drink. I like to drink and am generally quiet but also dont mind some noise. I am 35 year old male. I have 1 small room spare inside of the house or a separate dwelling granny flat with kitchen and bathroom Which is having new flooring done on it hopefully next week.
