THIS HOUSE IS IN POINT COOK NOT WERRIBEE SOUTH 2 spacious light filled bedrooms available in Point Cook! (One 270 p/w for singles, $320 for couples, one 300 p/w or $350 for couples) Rent includes bills (Water, gas, electricity and superfast internet). Room with mattress and bedside table in pictures is available now. This room is the smaller of the two Room with 3 windows is the bigger of the two. Mattress, table and chair are available in either room if needed on first come first served basis, otherwise can be removed. 2 minutes walk to Point Cook shopping town center/ public transport and minutes away from the freeway. Duplex Double Storey House with off street parking available (for one car per person only). House is smart wired with Fiber optic internet plus tv points in each room. Furnished house with bamboo floorboards upstairs in bedrooms and in living areas and ducted heating throughout the house. Large kitchen benches with walk in pantry, large oven, fridge, microwave and cooking facilities. Washing machine also provided. Back/Front yard is mostly concreted so very little gardening required. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Two toilets in the house (one upstairs, one downstairs so you won’t have to share a toilet with the other housemate) Currently the house is shared with easy going couple, temporarily a Japanese Spitz, snow, and a very shy cat DK, but if you’re not a fan of dogs Snow can stay with the in laws Full Time Employment a must. 4 weeks bond required, and rental paid a fortnight in advance. Looking for someone to stay a minimum of 3 months. Looking for a responsible, clean, easy going, trustworthy and considerate flatmate. Couples OK The house is now available for viewing.
