Unilodge Park Avenue is a great facility. The room advertised contains a king single bed, double wardrobe, chair and mini table, desk, tv and mini fridge There's a lot of places for storage including underbed draws, shoe rack and shelf space. You also have access to a gym, laundrette, basketball court, outdoor garden spaces and a balcony on the third floor. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with other tenants and cleaners come Monday-Friday. Easily accessible with the tram stop for the 19 right outside the accommodation. Unilodge is based in Parkville with close transport links to Brunswick only 10 mins by tram or a 20 min Walk and Melbourne CBD-30 mins by tram and a 45 mins walk.
