About the house

Furnished Room in the Berwick family house for rent. (Provide blanket and cookwares) Close to bus stop and Berwick springs. 7min to Berwick station and 5min to local shopping centre. Lots of food places walking distance. Bills included except water charge is shared. Internet and street parking available. I’m 25 and working full time. My mum usually stays in her room minding her own business and my brother is 18 a uni student who’s usually working or studying. I have a friendly female golden retriever and she’s very quiet. We keep her in the laundry overnight and will not go on carpet and bedroom area. Looking for someone to share the house , preferably female and minimal rental length is 2months. If you are the right tenant we looking for, price can be negotiable!
