Will suit people 30 & up, quieter folk preferred. Join me in a space where diversity, positivity, and recovery are not just words, but a way of life. I will live and WFH in the downstairs areas. DETAILS No pets possible, sorry! I'm looking for housemates who are employed. Not a party all the time vibe but we may thow a good one when we're ready! Preference for non-smokers/vapers, but open to discussion. Air Conditioning: Two of the bedrooms & the lounge/dining area are air-conditioned. No BIRs in bedrooms so BYO or use the Wardrobe Room which is filled with with BIRs to share amongst the three upstairs Housemates. 2 Bathroom/toilets: Modern upstairs and budget downstairs. Parking: Lockable, under-cover for two cars, plus outdoor parking for two more. Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen/dining area with electric oven/gas stovetop and a wealth of kitchen equipment. Lounge/living area: Aircon, Alexa, Spotify and great speakers bring music to our shared dining/lounge/kitchen area. A cozy lounge fronts a 55" TV with a surround sound system. Outdoor spaces: Enjoy our under-cover front patio and shaded pergola set back a good distance from Loftus St, a rear area with a grassy knoll, and an upstairs balcony offering serene views over local houses. Aesthetic: I'm a mid-century retro fan and have some lovely furniture and furnishings. LOCATION & PUBLIC TRANSPORT Bus stop is a 1min walk away. 14-21 minutes to Perth Busport on the 402, 403, 404, and 970 buses. DRIVE/WALK TIMES 7m/45m to Perth city center. 3m/15m to the center of Leederville. 3m/11m to North Metro TAFE Leederville. 4m/7m to Loftus Recreation Centre. 4m/13m to Beatty Park Leisure Centre. 4m/21m to North Perth Shopping Plaza. 4m/22m to The Mezz Shopping Centre. 7m/35m to Dog Swamp Shopping Centre. 30m drive to T1 & T2 airports. ACCESSIBILITY Sadly our home likely unsuitable for individuals using mobility aids. Stairs, steps and steep inclines abound.
