About the house

Myself, Liam and housemate Jake are looking for someone to Join us in our old Victorian house just 700m from the beach in St Kilda. The room is very large as all of the bedrooms in the place are the size of studio apartments and are situated in the front part of the house. Towards the back is the shared bathroom, kitchen, small lounge room. In the rear of the house is the laundry, second toilet and large backyard for the area. - The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, couch, small tv, fan, heater and small drawer set. - All bills (gas,electricity,water & 250Mbit nbn) are included in the rent. - $360 per week - Tram stop out the front, train station 800m away, multiple tram and bus lines within walking distance. 500m from busy Acland street - Prefect for anyone on a working holiday looking to lock in a room in Melbourne for a set amount or time. The housemates are: Myself, Liam 🇦🇺 35, work as a freelance web developer and bartender. Jake 🇦🇺 25, works at a bike shop nearby in sales. We are two easy going guys, both into sports and cycling. We both can be quite sociable but also sometimes like to keep to ourselves. I’m a musician who like to DJ but the rooms in our place have thick walls so sounds is quite isolated inside the house. We are just looking for someone to come and join our place either on the short or long term if we vibe well.
