About the house

The place is located a 3 minute walk from the 70 tram, and a 5 minute walk from Burnley Station. With Coles 5 minutes along the tram and the CBD being ~20, we’re positioned perfectly for any and all needs. You’d be living with Lachlan (myself) and Rhys, who have lived here for a good while now. The area is lovely and calm (and has dogs everywhere) and we have no trouble here at all. We’re LGBT friendly, and all we ask from anyone is that you clean up after yourself, and pay your rent and bills on time :] The room is 3.3m by 3m in size, with a large window that attracts perfect amounts of sunlight and fresh air. Comes completely unfurnished.
