Ensuite room available in split-level apartment in Mascot! Currently looking for a housemate to move in with me at the start of March! 😊 About the room: - Pretty spacious ensuite bedroom, measuring 4.8 x 4.1m - South facing window with lots of natural light - Large wardrobe included - Ideally staying long-term but negotiable - $450p/w (bills not included) + 1 month’s rent as bond About the apartment: - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 parking spaces – you would have your own bathroom and parking spot - Split level – the bottom level includes your ensuite bedroom. The upstairs level has a balcony, dining & living room, kitchen as well as my bedroom and bathroom - Fully furnished (aside from your bedroom) - Located in Mascot about 3 mins walk away from Mascot train station and 5 mins walk away from Woolies and a little restaurant hub - 15 mins walk away from Sydney Park - Dogs are welcome but I’m allergic to cats unfortunately! About me: - I’m 27 years old, working in business consulting (with most days wfh and 1-2 days in the office) - Love staying in and binging tv shows, going to the gym and going for walks.
