About the house

Hi everyone, my current housemate is leaving to India as he have finished their undergraduate degree. The sublet room will be avaialbe from the 27 June 2025. The location is right on puckle street extremely close to the tram and bus station. The room is 300 per week exclusive of bills. Rooms are carpeted and the living room has split system air con for the heat or cold. The unit is fully furnished including a washer plus dryer combo however no dishwasher, in addition the place has a small balcony and is facing away from the main road on top of a pharmacy shop. Its a commercial area so easy access to groceries, restaurants, bars and shopping. Both Woolworths and Coles are 5 min walk and closes at 11pm plus some amazing coffee shops around.
