About the house

Hello! Our lovely housemate is moving out to travel around Australia so we are on a lookout for a new housemate!! Our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is located on Bourke Street in Waterloo. Room is available from the 1st of August and comes unfurnished so you can make it your own. The rest of the house is furnished. Very convenient location in Waterloo close to the city, public transport right outside of the building and closest train station is Green Square, also has Cole’s/Aldi/Oporto and much more just around the corner, and is less than ten minutes to Crown street. You will also have access to the swimming pool. Room is $400 a week with all bills included plus 4-week bond and swipe card. We are looking for someone for 6 months+. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a new housemate preferably in mid-twenties and over who is respectful and clean (we like to take it in turns to do big cleans). We are both working professionals and work various hours including evenings and weekends. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 person only. We are not a party house, we are both respectful of privacy but also down for socialising. You will be living with Radek and J. ABOUT US: J is a nurse and enjoys martial arts, gym and bike rides. Radek is a bartender who is geek into movies and tv shows - always happy to chat about it, trying to keep his plants alive and also enjoys the gym.
