About the house

Looking for an older person that loves dogs and may bring their own small fur baby if suitable. I’m 51, Gen X and slightly hippy 🤗 It’s an older house but very comfortable with a huge double garage for storage, with a dryer , and plenty of off road parking. A grass area with a clothes line, and looking to get a fire pit again this winter 🤗 2 living areas so you have your own space to relax at night, but it is the thoroughfare to yard for myself and dogs in the day. This is minimal. Your own bathroom but it’s also where the washer is, so occasionally will need to do a load or 2. Will organise to do when you’re out hopefully 🙏🏽Also room for a caravan or boat in the back huge concrete area. 10 min walk to Sutherland or kirrawee station and shops. Bus stop at front door and corner shops and cafe 100m away. I’m a support worker in aged care and disability , and so my hours vary and I’m gone most evenings 6-8.30pm. So allows someone the whole kitchen at meal times and lots of alone time. My 2 small old dogs love everyone and I love to garden when time allows. I grew up in the shire but have lived many places in Australia. I’d like someone who has lived the hard yards ❤️ maybe like me, and just wants a safe roof over their head and is clean and thoughtful. Older is better lol 😂 as I’m an old soul. I love music and chilling on back porch with a bevvy as I work hard. Smokers welcome as I smoke. So if you don’t like it please don’t apply. I have 2 other spare rooms so am open to a guest or family member staying over occasionally. As that’s what I’d like if I lived somewhere 😊 And I want people to feel at home. I also want someone looking for a “home” preferably 🤷‍♀️ but short term will be considered too if you’re stuck in this rental crisis like everyone else. Haven’t got current photos as I’ve a mate with 2 kids here atm and the place is full of toys lol 😂 text me and I’ll send pics but don’t want to post the dollhouse lol 😂 I’m old school, not political or religious or into anything hectic, just trying to get through like most of us out there.
