About the house

🏡 House: a 3 bed, 1 bath, and a good size backyard. 1 furnished room available in St Albans, 15 minute walk to Ginifer Station, Sunshine Hospital and shopping mall. 🙋‍♀️ Housemates: I am a female, 34-year-old, relaxed in nature. I enjoy reading, cooking, and catching up with friends and wine. I am happy to share dinner and a few bevs together. I also have a 2-year-old, 30kg American Staffy. He is boisterous who always wants to play. 👯‍♂️About you: I am open to both singles and couples. Clean is a must, respectful and good with dogs. Single-furnished-$235 including bills. I am very houseproud and note, this is not a party house. I keep the house neat and tidy, so everybody will need to pitch in and clean. The garden is maintained by the owner.
