About the house

Looking for a flatmate for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Massive lounge apartment in st Kilda north. The place: The place is fully furnished except for your room. your room has enough space to fit a a double mattress comfortably. There is parking for the apartment. The apartment comes with all the basic items. (Washer, fridge microwave, gas stove, rice cooker etc). The area: There is a park with lots of green space just 2 minutes walk up the road. Plenty of cafe's near by. Quick access via trams to the city. Woolies metro in less than a ten minute walk up the road. A good night life close by but not too close to disturb. About me: I'm a student who is studying Circus arts at NICA. I will be out of the house 8-5:30 5 days a week training. I enjoy sports, music and gaming and movies. I like my quite time but don't mind a chat. Who I am looking for: I am looking for someone 19-26 who is able to pay there billls.M/F doesn't matter. Who is genuine. Rent and bills: $225 PW + Bills that will be split 50/50. No water bill just gas, electricity and internet.
