About the house

Hi, I am looking to sublet a double room on avoca street from the 29th of April to the 15th of May. You would be sharing a large 4 bedroom house with 3 Irish girls in mid to late 20’s. They are very friendly, clean and easy to live with. The house is- - 10 min walk to maroubra junction - 10 min walk to the Light rail - 15 min walk to randwick and the spot - All buses to city 2 min walk - Fully furnished room - Free on street parking - Suitable for a single person, couple or Friends sharing
