About the house

Hi! My name is Kiahna and I’m a 23 y/o student at Griffith Uni - my boyfriend, friend and I are looking for a roommate for the spare room in our 3 bed, 3 bath house. The room has its own ensuite, queen bed and desk. Unfortunately, no pets as one roommate is allergic, and there is only street parking. 10-15 min walk to the tram and there’s a bus stop near by. $300 per week includes all bills and wifi, also 2 weeks bond required. We’re looking for someone similar in age to us but anyone is welcome to reach out! At the moment the lease is 6 months but if it works out we can extend to 12-18 months.
