About the house

Unfurnished master bedroom with private ensuite and large walk in robe for rent in Nollamara. My brother and I are looking for a housemate to join our house in mid December- early Jan for a one year lease agreement. ~$185 per week. With rent paid fortnightly. Not including bills (water, elec, gas, wifi). Bills split 3 ways unless FIFO. Not a party house. And sadly no pets are allowed. My brother and I are both in our 20s, uni students with secure jobs. Ideally looking for a female housemate, but hoping for someone who fits in well. Secure property, at the back of a block with two houses, sensor lights, alarm system, security screens, shutters and security door. Space in garage to park. Pretty close to freeway, CBD and Stirling station. Move I’d date will be mid December to early Jan.
