About the house

Nice quiet out of the way neighbourhood. Currently live alone with a 6 year old German Shepherd. Just cleaned all the rubbish out of the spare room, that's why it looks bare. Sizeable backyard with a veggie garden, and an office if you need a place to work from home or study. Just lost my license, can negotiate the rent if you can drop me off and pick me up from work in Birdwood
