***NO COUPLES*** Hello, I'm looking for someone to join our beautiful big house in Southport, with a garden, 2 patios, bbq, etc. We're looking to fill my room (unfurnished) and takeover my part of the lease (as I need to move to Brisbane for work purposes) with someone who's easy-going, clean and tidy, fun, who love socializing with a glass of wine but respect each other space AND is actively working. This is truly a place to call home, not a party house despite everyone is fun and active. There is also an adorable puppy, who's very cute and quiet. Rent is $375/week + bills With your OWN bathroom. Very fast internet already install in the property. Bond is $2,250 and the minimum stay is negotiable between 6 months minimum and 1 year.
