Spacious Room available in Brunswick Sharehouse $230 a week plus bills Our housemate Emma is moving out so we have 1 bedroom available. The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. This house is in between Sydney Road and Lygon st so you have the 1,6 and the 19 trams right on your doorstep. On a quiet street near Barkly square for all your shopping needs, as well as being walking distance to Princes Park and Royal Park. You’ll be living with myself (Michael) and Ethan - read a bit more about us below. Comes with a side table, chest of drawers and if you want $90 for the wardrobe. Move in the 24th of October 😀 Ethan is a 23 year old graphic designer who loves cooking, music and hanging out with friends.
