About the house

A huge, light filled master bedroom with heaps of built in wardrobe space and balcony access in equally huge and awesome shared house with 2 others. Room has its own private ensuite bathroom. Available from early July :) Kitchen and loungeroom are open, light and also with plenty of space. Central location and on a quiet street with shops and cafes, gyms and Caulfield Park a short walk or very short drive away. Close to trains and trams (Malvern station, tram routes 64, 16 & 3.). Malvern central shopping centre close by (17min walk) and a Woolworth metro and IGA nearby. The house has high ceilings, large open rooms, with ducted heating and air con. Decent unrestricted street parking available if you drive. You’d be living with Kyle (myself) and Elly both in our early/mid 30s along with a 3 year old greyhound named Piper. We have lived here for a good while now. Bond is $859.33 and bills/internet are split equally. *must be LGBTQIA+ friendly *room will be unfurnished*
