About the property: This is a new build 4x2. It’s walking distance to Avalon beach and has a great view of the estuary. Public transport is also within walking distance. Has all the amenities with full use of the kitchen, washing machine, dryer and internet. Outdoor living area for those nice summer evenings. About the flatmates: I work full time Tuesday to Friday, I usually spend my weekends out and about at the beach or exploring. Im easy going and looking to share my space with like minded individuals. I’m social but also appreciate personal space—happy to chat or share a drink when I’m around, but not a party house. Looking for a clean, reliable, and easygoing housemate.
