About the house

Small bungalow with large backyard and storage shed. The house is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. Space for 3 cars off-street parking with plenty of on-street parking options available. We have already furnished the house with the essentials but wouldn't mind removing them if you have some replacements! Would also appreciate it if the new tenant could bring a dryer :) The available bedroom is the most quiet, as the house is on a busy main road. There is a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of built-in storage. The house is less than a 10-minute walk to Ascot Vale station and tram 57. Showgrounds Village is also about a 10-minute walk away with a Coles, Anytime Fitness and Priceline. Also a short drive from Moonee Ponds SC, Highpoint SC or Newmarket station. I'm the one moving out, so you'll be living with Naomi (22F) and Nicole (22F). Naomi is doing her graduate nursing program at Royal Children's Hospital and likes spending her free time going on trips or cooking/baking. Nicole is also her doing her graduate nursing program at Royal Melbourne Hospital and usually spends her free time back at her parent's house. Looking for someone who is clean and makes equal contributions to the house. Also would appreciate it if you can be mindful of our work schedules because as nurses we sometimes work night shifts!
