2 BED 1 BATH property in Mount Waverley! It’s close to city and PT, and close to Monash uni 😊 A bus is right in front of the property and it is within walking distance to the station. - I have everything already! Property will be furnished with furniture so you just need to bring a bed and a desk. - You’ll be sharing with my dog Pico who is v sweet. He is half pug x Jack Russell. - Room is a bit small so would recommend a king single/double bed if you wanted a bigger desk. But spacious wardrobes built in! - Cooling and heating in your room - Cute garden - Very modern and floorboards throughout. - We will be sharing a nice, modern bathroom. I will make sure it’s in good condition! About me: I’m 24 and working full time in E-commerce! I’m friendly, love meeting new people and always down for a chat. I WFH a few times a week and work once on the weekends. I am pretty clean and love the gym, my dog, and exploring new restaurants. I value open communication. About you: Ideally working full time and similar age (20s to early 30s) Ideally a female who will eventually be my friend and someone who is down to hang out and make the house feel like a home! But will also respect my space, and communal areas. Someone who loves dogs. Dogs are okay as Pico loves dogs! He does also get along with cats but it will depend on the cat.
