About the house

We are currently living in a cozy apartment situated in Erskineville, which is in close proximity to St. Peters train station 🚉 (only 8 minutes away) and Newtown. We're searching for a responsible, easygoing, clean, and tidy flatmate or couple. We have a few important details to share, including: The weekly rent is $500 plus bills. A two-week bond of $1000 and a $200 key deposit will be required. You can move in on Friday, August 25th. You'll be having your own bathroom. Your bedroom will be furnished (except for a TV). You can easily access the city via train or bus. For groceries, there is a Metro 10 minutes away, or Marrickville Metro 15 minutes away on foot.
