About the house

No pets please 🩷 We have a room available in our furnished four-bedroom house. It is located in Tuggeranong area in Gowrie: The house is only 3 years old, is modern, clean, full of plants and we are the only ones who have lived in it. The house comes with a large backyard (with blossom and plum trees). You will be living with me and my partner. We both have our own rooms. **You will have your own area of the house and have the main large bathroom and toilet to yourself ** The photos of your bedroom have old roommates things in it but it is now bare as they have left. We have a small old dog who is quite shy, so are looking for someone with no pets. We are also looking for another female! The room: ⁃ 3.45 x 2.95M ⁃ built in mirror wardrobe ⁃ modern bathroom, will be yours - your room will be in your own private area of the house We have plenty of car space, and the house is a battle axe block so we have lots of privacy. The house is fully stocked, including kitchen, and you are welcome to use anything you like. Your room will be clean and bare ready for you. About us: We are both full time workers and artists, Mani is a tattoo artist and I create plant pots ☺️☺️we do art stalls some weekends and Mani occasionally works through the weekends. We enjoy camping, going away down the coast, and quiet nights in. We are kind, respectful, clean, generally pretty quiet and don’t throw parties but love a good wine. About you: We are looking for a female, someone friendly who doesn’t mind helping around the house and garden, and someone who isn’t too rowdy (loud at night/parties etc).
